The amount paid for a subscription is what you receive at the point of purchase. In the case of a report, the amount is for the report delivered to you at the point of purchase. In the case of a dashboard, the amount is for the volume of data delivered at the point of purchase.
The validity of a subscription specifies the time period for which you will have access to the product purchased via our website. The access will stop once the time period elapses. It is your responsibility to download or print any product purchased via our website during this time period. The validity of a subscription does not imply that you will receive any new content and/or data from us during this time period.
We may make changes to the look and the amount of data contained in a report or a dashboard. We, therefore, advise you to print a report or download data for a dashboard when you purchase it. You are not charged for any enhancement, modifications, and/or additional data in the report or the dashboard during the duration of a subscription. This is a complimentary gesture from us to you.
We also deliver dashboards via our website. Data contained within our dashboards are not updated during weekends, bank holidays in England, and holidays specific to Energy Projections. A list of holidays for the current year is available in the “Holidays” section below.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
